Set up your personal phone or tablet
Follow these steps to get your work email and Teams working on your own iPhone or iPad. This takes about 10 minutes.
Your email address is not changing.
You will always use your @omcoform.com address to send and receive email. The @macleanfogg.com address is only a login name, like a username. You will never receive email at that address.
Which device are you setting up?
Before you start
- Make sure you know your new MacLean-Fogg login (your name @macleanfogg.com) and password. If you don't have this yet, contact the Employee Help Center.
- Wait until Monday, August 24 to do this. Setting it up earlier causes sign-in errors.
- First, sign out of or delete the existing Outlook and Teams apps on your device.
- Connect to Wi-Fi. Don't use cellular data for this.
- Keep your phone unlocked and awake until you finish the steps below.
Install your work profile
Check each step off as you go. Your progress is saved on this device.

Microsoft's Company Portal enrollment walkthrough for iOS
You'll know it worked when: Company Portal shows a green checkmark next to each setup task.
A note on timing
Please wait until Monday, August 24 to set this up. If you do it earlier, you won't be able to sign in to email or Teams with your new account yet, and you may see errors. Everything works normally starting go-live morning.
Using your personal phone for work is optional. If you'd rather not, you don't have to do anything here. But work email and Teams can only be added to a device that's enrolled — there's no way around that, because it's what keeps company data protected.
iPads and Android tablets follow exactly the same steps.
